RoCE Network Engineer

Beijing / ShanghaiBachelor's degree or above1–3 years or more of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  1. Own RoCE network configuration, testing, operations, and monitoring to keep services running.
  2. Contribute to network architecture design and optimization, and define expansion and upgrade plans.
  3. Develop operations tools and automation scripts, and drive process standardization.
  4. Write configuration standards, incident runbooks, and emergency playbooks.
  5. Work with R&D to solve technical issues at the intersection of the network and the workload.

Requirements

  1. Degree in computer science, networking, communications engineering, or a related field.
  2. Understanding of RoCE, RDMA, TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, VRF, and related protocols and architectures.
  3. Hands-on experience configuring and debugging mainstream switches and RDMA NICs.
  4. Ability to build automation tools with Python and Shell.
  5. Ability to analyze complex faults; willing to travel for projects.

AI Data Center Deployment and Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

  1. Drive AIDC cluster deployment, implementation, and delivery so projects finish on schedule.
  2. Own day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization of server clusters.
  3. Install operating systems, software environments, GPU and NIC drivers, and complete baseline configuration.
  4. Respond to hardware, driver, and system faults, and produce clear first-line incident reports.
  5. Build automated operations and self-healing tools with Python and Shell.

Requirements

  1. Degree in computer science, electronic engineering, automation, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency installing and using Linux, with an understanding of host networking and PCIe.
  3. Familiarity with Python and Shell, and experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
  4. Understanding of racking, configuration, and joint debugging of servers, switches, and storage.
  5. Understanding of IDC network architecture design; willing to travel for projects.
