Shanghai Yuxun Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Harnets.AI, created the ZCube AI-cluster networking architecture to reduce cost and improve efficiency in AI-network infrastructure. With a core portfolio including ZCube switches, the ZCube Controller, ZCube networking-service toolchains, the YCOS AI-network tuning system, and the XOPS AI-network operations system, it provides full-lifecycle AI-network services. Harnets.AI advances compute infrastructure toward higher efficiency, lower cost, greater determinism, and higher stability, while working with ecosystem partners to build the next-generation AI-network foundation and maximize the value of every GPU.

Harnets.AI continues to recruit for AI-network technology roles, including graduate and experienced-hire positions. The openings are described below:

RoCE Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Configure, test, operate, and monitor RoCE (RDMA over Converged Ethernet) networks; ensure stable operation; respond promptly to network incidents; and maintain business continuity.

Participate in RoCE network-architecture design and optimization; develop expansion and upgrade plans based on business requirements; and improve network performance and reliability.

Develop RoCE network operations tools and automation scripts to automate operations processes and improve efficiency.

Write network operations documentation, including incident runbooks, configuration standards, and emergency-response plans, to improve the operations system.

Work with R&D teams on technical research and testing of RoCE networks in business scenarios, resolving technical issues at the intersection of networking and applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networking, communications engineering, or a related field, with more than three years of data-center network operations or R&D experience.

Familiarity with RoCE principles, protocol stacks, and deployment architecture; practical RDMA experience is preferred.

Proficiency with TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, VRF, and related protocols, plus configuration and troubleshooting of mainstream network equipment such as RDMA NICs and switches.

Strong programming skills; proficiency in Python, Shell, or similar scripting languages for automation tools is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently analyze and solve complex network problems; large-data-center incident experience is preferred.

A rigorous and responsible work style, strong communication and collaboration skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.

Location: Beijing / Shanghai

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Experience: 1–3 years
